Enhancements Made to Web Schedule
We've been working on our online programming guide to give our viewers more information about the programming here on Ridgeline TV. The web schedule now includes more information about each program we air. Beside each program listing in our schedule, you'll see a small arrow in a box. Click the box and more information will be shown about that program. You'll see a description for most programs, and for movies, you'll see the director, writers and actors also.

Third Season of Young Harris College
Mountain Lions Basketball is here!
Ridgeline TV is bringing our viewers another exciting season of Young Harris College Mountain Lions Basketball. Home games will air live on the YHC Mountain Lions athletics website during the contests (www.yhcathletics.com) and will be replayed on Ridgeline TV the following day. The games will also be archived here on Ridgeline TV's website and may be viewed at any time on demand. Sports broadcaster Tommy Jenkins will once again be handling the play-by-play for the Mountain Lions.

On the latest edition of Out & About, you'll get a preview of the upcoming Georgia Mountain Fall Festival in Hiawassee. Join Ridgeline TV's Jon C. Bluegrass Road Television Show added
You may have noticed a new show on Ridgeline TV Channel 99. Several week ago, Bluegrass Road was added to our programming lineup. The half-hour show is hosted by Little Roy Lewis and Lizzy Long and Darin and Brooke Aldridge. Bluegrass Road features performances from bands both established and up-and-coming. UCHS Panthers home football games continue on Ridgeline TV
Well into a successful season with three wins, the Union County High School Panthers football team continues play on Friday, Sept. 28th against the Washington-Wilkes Tigers. WCNG FM 102.7 / 101.3 will air the game live that night with the video replay on Ridgeline TV the following day at 4:00 p.m. The game will be rebroadcast on Monday of the following week at 1:00 p.m. and on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 p.m.

now airing!
Ridgeline TV has added the half-hour video music show Great American Gospel to the weekly programming lineup. The award-winning show is hosted by well-known gospel singer Ed O'Neill. See the daily schedule for air times.
RidgeTrack NEXRAD Doppler Radar
now on web site
Now you can see Ridgeline TV's RIDGETRACK NEXRAD Doppler Radar on our website. Just click on the radar image at the upper right of our web page. The radar loop centers on Union, Towns, Clay and surrounding counties is updated continuously. RIDGETRACK NEXRAD Doppler Radar is displayed on Ridgeline TV Channel 99 in times of serious weather. More local weather will be added to the website in the coming weeks.
New shows airing on Ridgeline TV
Ridgeline TV Channel 99 announces new shows on the local family programming channel:
Each week Evangelist Jason Brothers provides a half-hour of biblical teachings, guest interviews and inspirational messages. Jason Brothers Ministries International airs each Monday at 7:30 p.m. with repeats throughout the week.
Christ for All People Ministries presents: Salvation Celebration, a teaching and preaching show with minister of the Gospel Jim McKeral. The half-hour show airs each Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. with several repeat airings throughout the week.
Also new to the channel is: Pet Connection a show where you can see cats and dogs that are available for adoption at Castaway Critters Pet Rescue. See our schedule for air times.

RidgeTrack NEXRAD Doppler Radar added
Ridgeline TV Channel 99 has added RidgeTrack NEXRAD Doppler Radar to the locally-based channel. RidgeTrack NEXRAD Radar provides a detailed radar view specifically for the area. RidgeTrack NEXRAD Radar can zoom in to show storms approaching the Union, Towns and Clay county areas. Severe thunderstorm, tornado and flood warnings are also indicated.
Depending on the severity of an incoming storm, RidgeTrack NEXRAD Radar can be displayed fullscreen over programming, or through picture-in-picture mode, with a programming window and radar window both displayed onscreen. RidgeTrack NEXRAD Radar is the perfect companion to Ridgeline TV's weather forecasts and current weather conditions, says Ridgeline TV owner Jon C. Moon. Forecasts on Ridgeline TV are currently shown in two different ways. A brief icon forecast is shown in the "InfoZone" area every two to three minutes. A more detailed text forecast airs periodically during Ridgeline TV's many local shows, movies and westerns, generally about six times per hour.
